Jayme McCarty, MS, CCC-SLP

I am a bilingual speech-language pathologist and the owner of Sundrop Speech Services, PLLC. I graduated with my Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Oklahoma State University in 2023.

At Sundrop Speech Services, I believe that every child deserves a way to connect, express themselves, and be understood — in whatever form that takes. My passion lies in supporting functional and accessible communication, whether through spoken words, signs and gestures, AAC, or other individualized approaches. I specialize in working with gestalt language processors and use child-led, play-based strategies to create a therapy experience that is engaging, focused on their individual strengths and interests, and built on connection. I also have training and experience in articulation and phonological disorders, feeding and swallowing challenges, and orofacial myofunctional disorders. Above all, I value the vital role of caregivers in the therapeutic process — because when families are empowered and involved, meaningful progress extends far beyond the therapy room.

I was born and raised in NWA and love being able to treat patients in my home community. I currently live in Bentonville with my husband, and our beloved pup, Ryder. In my free time I enjoy Latin dancing, reading, and spending time with my family and friends.
